Zentrale technische Rolle mit enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Technischen Leitung

Technische Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich BESS, und Hybrid-Systeme über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
Technische Pre-Sales- und Vertriebsunterstützung inkl. direktem technischem Kundenkontakt
Mitwirkung bei Kundenterminen und technischen Abstimmungen
Aktive Mitwirkung bei Inbetriebnahmen, Tests und Abnahmen (vor Ort und remote)
Technischer 2nd-Level-Support inkl. Analyse und Lösung technischer Fragestellungen im Projekt- und Betriebsumfeld
Durchführung praxisnaher technischer Schulungen für interne und externe Partner
Aufbau, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards, Prozesse und Guidelines

Hauptchallenge: Parallel zum operativen Projektgeschäft stabile technische Strukturen aufbauen und Verantwortung schrittweise übernehmen

Das bringst du mit:

Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar)
Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (BESS, PV, Ladeinfrastruktur oder vergleichbare Energieanlagen)
Gutes technisches Verständnis von elektrischen Energieanlagen (NS/MS), Schutztechnik, Netzintegration sowie System-Schnittstellen wie Wechselrichter und EMS
Erfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit bei Inbetriebnahmen
Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich zu vermitteln
Kundenorientiertes Auftreten im technischen Austausch
Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch für technische Abstimmungen erforderlich

Your mission:

Central technical role with close cooperation with technical management

Technical support for projects in the field of BESS and hybrid systems throughout their entire life cycle
Technical pre-sales and sales support, including direct technical customer contact
Participation in customer meetings and technical coordination
Active participation in commissioning, testing and acceptance (on-site and remote)
Second-level technical support, including analysis and resolution of technical issues in the project and operational environment
Conducting practical technical training for internal and external partners
Establishing, documenting and further developing technical standards, processes and guidelines

Main challenge: Building stable technical structures and gradually assuming responsibility in parallel with operational project business

Your profile:

Technical training or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or similar)
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies (BESS, PV, charging infrastructure or similar energy systems)
Good technical understanding of electrical energy systems (LV/MV), protection technology, grid integration and system interfaces such as inverters and EMS
Experience or willingness to actively participate in commissioning
Ability to analyse technical issues in a structured manner and communicate them clearly
Customer-oriented approach in technical exchanges
Good knowledge of German, English required for technical coordination
